Please be advised of the following updated calendar of renovations being conducted at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. A few dates have shifted slightly as highlighted in the timeline.

The Renovation Work is scheduled as follows:
• June 1 – April 15, 2025: Tower B will be completely closed as 232 rooms and bathrooms are fully renovated. Although these rooms are out of inventory, we expect heavy noise.
• July 22 – April 15, 2025: A new Indian dining outlet is being built in the lobby bar area and noise and dust is to be expected.

Construction works will only take place from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. During that time, some noise and dust can be expected. The resort will take every possible measure in ensuring the guests' stay is comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
